About our planters:
Our collection of free-standing ornamental planters are beautiful accessories for your patio, porch, deck, balcony, poolside, courtyard--just about anywhere a focal point is desired. They compliment formal or informal settings, are decorative enough for indoor use in sunrooms or foyers and, due to the size, some pieces are perfect for commercial applications where businesses want to create that outdoor garden ambience. These planters are exceptionally sturdy. None of the flimsy wire stuff!
These freestanding pieces are coordinated to mix or match with the hanging and wall baskets described in the "Planters and Baskets" section.
We offer two product lines:
"European" Line -- Our largest product line. These are constructed of
hand-welded, heavy gauge steel, thickly coated with lustrous black plastic for weather protection. The entire line is imported from England or Europe for quality handcraftmanship to offer years of enjoyment.
"Gallery" Line ironworks-- New! We are introducing the "Gallery" line of handwelded steel planters that are finished in durable powder coat paint finishes. These are individually handcrafted with precision and care and are both beautiful and extremely strong. Available in an exciting new color, lustrous coppervein (copper and black blend), basic black, and other colors. Handcrafted in USA. Coordinated hanging, wall, and freestanding pieces available.
CAULDRONS
Clean curves and a decorative footing make this piece suitable as a standing or hanging planter. These are generous deep planters that look great on the porch or patio. The 14" size is great as a gift for a garden friend. Group different sizes for a stunning effect! Black plastic coat finish.

HANGING GARDEN PLANTERS
The picture doesn't do it justice! These are large, heavy duty, beautifully shaped planters designed to be hung from trees or a ceiling beam. Filled with plants, they make a grand statement. CASCADE PLANTERS
A space saving planter for the deck or paved areas. The top two baskets can be swiveled around to expose your plants to equal light, and can be lifted off for ease in planting and tending. Try everbearing strawberries for a tasty treat close to the patio! Black plastic coat finish. Optional coco-fiber liners require some cutting and fitting due to the center post. Liners are sold separately. We recommend the coco liners, a natural material, which in most cases, are pre-formed to fit the shape of the planter. Simply drop them in, pour in the soil, and begin planting! These liners do not break down as quickly as moss and should last more than one season. They allow water to drain freely, but are more water retentive than moss (so you don't have to water as often)! The textural contrast brings out the lovely curves and lines of the planters. For those of you who like the "moss" look, try lining the planter with a thin layer of loose moss and place the coco-fiber liner on the inside. We carry compressed moss basket liners, bulk sheet moss, bulk coco rolls and coco liner replacements.
The compressed spaghnum moss liners are a new concept to make planting with moss easier than ever. No more tedious shaping and packing with wet, loose moss. Just spray with water to moisten and soften. Place into the planter and moisten again to allow the moss to expand and mold to the shape of the planter.
