Our product line has numerous items that are individually handcrafted, reflecting the artisan's or craftman's personal flare and style as each piece is produced. Slight variations are normal. All of our imported European planters, wall and hanging baskets, and windowbox hayracks, for example, are individually formed and handwelded. The twirling copper sprinklers and custom arbors also fall into this category, as are a number of other items.
The twirling sprinklers are functional as effective watering devices, but care should be given to handling and storing as a piece of decorative garden art.
Warranties: There are no product warranties unless specifically stated by the manufacturer of a given product. In such cases, any warranty issues must be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
Returns: If you are dissatisfied with the product, returns can be authorized by contacting us within 7 days of receiving the product. Product must be in unused, original factory condition and in original packaging. Returns are for the original sales price and do not include costs of shipping and handling. For custom or special orders, a 25% restocking fee may be charged.

Methods of Payment: All orders must be prepaid either by check or with a credit card authorization (sorry, no debit cards). We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards. At this time, we do not accept direct credit card authorizations over the internet; however, you may email, call, fax or mail the order with credit card authorization.
